■ About delivery
We will ship within 1-5 business days of your order.
When using wrapping, it may take 1 to 3 days longer than the normal shipping standard of 5 business days.
For some products whose shipment is delayed, we will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail.

■ About shipping fee
In addition to the product price, a separate shipping fee will be charged.

■ Returns and exchanges If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will return or exchange the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
